  10.      name, "FORMS".  Press Enter at the end of each line.  To begin, put
  11.      the FormsFile Program Disk in drive A, and then type:

  17.                 COPY  A:*.*  C:\FORMS

  19.      When the copying is complete, put the Data Disk in drive A and type:
